Our experience was AMAZING from the moment we checked in, would come here again.
The hotel was upgraded, and I loved top-class staff and brand-new room. The breakfast had lots of options, toast, cereal, yogurt, slices of fresh bread and pancakes. The restaurant was good on the same floor with a fabulous view over the falls here, I had simple dishes.
Liked the place, had a great stay in an excellent experience somewhere else. The room was inviting and elegant, included full-length windows, separate lounge and dresser. The staff were personable and thorough as well, will choose it for sure for next trip.
We think it's a lovely base for staying in Niagara Falls.
Views of the falls from our room were breathtaking, the room was reasonably priced and well laid out.

Staff was beautiful, location optimal, bed spacious. The room was twin and luxurious when I arrived. Perfect and yummy tea, toast, muffins, pastries and fresh fruit for breakfast. Good facilities and the pool was good. Loved friendly check-in.

The place is WELL-MAINTAINED and fairly clean, it offers complimentary breakfast and absolutely perfect location close to waterfall. Unique units and really good staff.

We really enjoyed our good staying. Everything was amazing, great service, amazing location just next door to many restaurants, the falls, this railway. Well-equipped and outstanding units with two queen beds. Excellent food selection.
Fab location, individual service and exquisite breakfast. Lovely garden and clean pool area. A stunning beach, picturesque view. Visited few places in the centre, not very far from the hotel.

Great value for money and close to where I needed to be. Hotel was newly remodelled and clean with the staff that was good working. I loved the light rooms of the property.
